Delivery time
We ask for 24 hours‘ notice. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery time for shipments within Germany is usually 24-96 hours.
We assume daily loading and unloading times of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., no fixed appointments!

Loading equipment exchange
If Euro pallets or mesh boxes are to be exchanged, this must be specified in your request. In addition, our driver must receive a pallet note. The pallet account kept by you and us must be reconciled at regular intervals. The following are not exchangeable: Cheppa pallets, Düsseldorf pallets, pallet frames, other containers, or crates.

Standing fees
Loading and unloading times are regulated as follows:
General cargo shipments: max. 0.5 hours.
Partial loads up to 7 linear meters: max. 1.0 hours.
Full truckload: max. 1.5 hours.
Any time beyond this will be charged at €69.00 per hour or part thereof.

Insurance/liability
We work and are liable exclusively in accordance with the German Freight Forwarders‘ Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp). Additional transport insurance is not included in the offer, but can be taken out on request.
